What to expect from 2026 – Policy and Pricing Revisions

A) 2026 Hosting price table:

2GB diskspace	R100 per month
5GB diskspace	R150 per month
10 GB diskspace	R250 per month
Extra Diskspace	R10 per GB per month
250GB+	(recommended) R2500 per month for 1000GB storage

* This year our hosting prices went up slightly to account for inflations.

B) Quota Policy

1. In order to make sure clients do not run out of diskspace (and start losing emails).
2. We auto adjust diskspace so that clients can remain operational.
3. This creates cases where clients use more resources than they pay for.
4. We then work to balance the hosting and charges.

C) Suspention

Our Billing Protocol for Hosting is as follows:

Beginning 1st Month Due	Invoice and Payment Link Auto Emailed
Beginning 2nd Month Due	Invoice and Payment Link Whatsapp & Emailed
Beginning 3rd Month Due	Invoice and Payment Link Whatsapp & Emailed final warning
End 3rd Month Due	Auto Suspention
(Exception) Dedicated servers	Strictly Prepaid
