CyberDevs Account Policy

At CyberDevs, we strive to maintain transparency and provide exceptional service to our clients. Below, we outline our key processes, policies, and standards to help you understand how we operate.

Accounts and Suspensions

In the beginning of 2025, we migrated all hosting charges to an archive category.

So only charges from 2025 will be seen as hosting by our server. This is to allow outstanding accounts some grace in terms of settling outstanding accounts without excess pressure.

We have implemented a Hosting charge standard as we ourselves carry expenses on every client.

We believe in supporting our clients’ success. After all if they succeed, we do as well. Hosting is a vital service that must be maintained without causing undue strain on our clients.

Communication

We acknowledge past challenges with communication and have introduced a structured, multi-step process:

  1. Automation: A monthly email summarizing account status is sent automatically.
  2. WhatsApp: If hosting fees are over 1 month outstanding, a WhatsApp message is sent to the client.
  3. Phone Call: At the 2-month mark, we attempt to contact the client directly via phone.
  4. Suspension: If no arrangements are made by month 3, the site is automatically suspended.

We view suspensions as a last resort and aim to avoid them wherever possible. When our clients succeed, so do we.

Task Management

To enhance service delivery, we have integrated a task management system to track client requests.

Our goal is to maintain an empty task list by addressing requests promptly and efficiently.

  • Website repairs where third parties are managing the website

  • Note: Charges may apply for these services.

Charges

Our standard hourly rate is R600. We have optimized processes to maximize efficiency and track time per minute. Excess time is carried over to future requests. We also offer loyalty discounts that are auto calculated (See Website Maintenance for more information):

Social Posts

We maintain an active online presence by posting at least one website article on Facebook and LinkedIn each week. This ensures our clients stay informed about industry trends and updates.
