At CyberDevs, we strive to maintain transparency and provide exceptional service to our clients. Below, we outline our key processes, policies, and standards to help you understand how we operate.
Accounts and Suspensions
A) 2026 Hosting Price Table:
| 2GB diskspace | R100 per month |
| 5GB diskspace | R150 per month |
| 10 GB diskspace | R250 per month |
| Extra Diskspace | R10 per GB per month |
| 250GB+ | (recommended) R2500 per month for 1000GB storage |
B) Quota Policy
- In order to make sure clients do not run out of diskspace (and start losing emails).
- We auto adjust diskspace so that clients can remain operational.
- This creates cases where clients use more resources than they pay for.
- We then work to balance the hosting and charges.
C) Suspention
Our Billing Protocol for Hosting is as follows:

Task Management
To enhance service delivery, we have integrated a task management system to track client requests.
- Tasks are categorized into Critical, Admin, Standard, and No Rush.
- Tasks are prioritized by highest priority and earliest date.
- Each task is assigned to a team member, who evaluates account resources and confirms any charges if applicable.
- Clients can also access their task history via our Client Portal.
Our goal is to maintain an empty task list by addressing requests promptly and efficiently.

Charges
Our standard hourly rate is R600. We have optimized processes to maximize efficiency and track time per minute. Excess time is carried over to future requests. We also offer loyalty discounts that are auto calculated (See Website Maintenance for more information):
Social Posts
We maintain an active online presence by posting at least one website article on Facebook and LinkedIn each week. This ensures our clients stay informed about industry trends and updates.
