Need help setting up your email on an Android device? Follow the steps below for easy configuration or contact us for personalized assistance.

Email Setup: Android

1. Open the default Email app on your Android device. If you’re using a third-party app (e.g., Gmail), open it instead.
2. Select Add Account or navigate to Settings > Accounts > Add Account.
3. Enter your email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com) and tap Next.
4. Select the account type as IMAP.
5. Enter the following Incoming Mail Server settings:
   • IMAP Server: host.cyberdevs.co.za
   • Port: 993
   • Security: SSL/TLS
   • Username: Your full email address
   • Password: Your email password
6. Tap Next, then enter the following Outgoing Mail Server settings:
   • SMTP Server: host.cyberdevs.co.za
   • Port: 587
   • Security: Auto/STARTTLS
   • Username: Your full email address
   • Password: Your email password
7. Tap Next. Your Android device will verify the settings.
8. If the verification succeeds, customize your sync preferences and tap Done. Your email account is now set up!
