Need help setting up your email on iOS? Follow the steps below for easy configuration or contact us for personalized assistance.

Email Setup: iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Scroll down and tap Mail, then select Accounts.
3. Tap Add Account and select Other.
4. Tap Add Mail Account and fill in the following details:
   • Name: Your name as you’d like it displayed.
   • Email: Your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com).
   • Password: Your email account password.
   • Description: A name to identify this account (e.g., “CyberDevs Email”).
5. Tap Next and enter the following server settings:
   • Incoming Mail Server:
     • Hostname: host.cyberdevs.co.za
     • Username: Your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com).
     • Password: Your email account password.
   • Outgoing Mail Server:
     • Hostname: host.cyberdevs.co.za
     • Username: Your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com).
     • Password: Your email account password.
6. Tap Next. Your iPhone/iPad will verify the settings.
7. If the verification succeeds, tap Save. Your email account is now set up and ready to use.
8. If prompted for port numbers, use the following:
   • Incoming Port: 993 (IMAP with SSL/TLS).
   • Outgoing Port: 587 (SMTP with Auto/STARTTLS).
