Configuring emails on Microsoft Outlook Express

A guide to help you configure your email on Microsoft Outlook Express
  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. Click on the Tools menu
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. Click Add, and then click Mail.
  5. On the Your Name page of the wizard, type your name as you want it to appear to everyone who gets e-mail from you, and then click Next.
  6. On the next page, type your full e-mail address, and then click Next.
  7. On the E-mail Server Names page fill in the following:
    • Incoming Mail Server type: Pop 3
    • Incoming mail server: mail.yourwebsite.co.za
    • Outgoing Mail server: mail.yourwebsite.co.za
  8. On the internet logon window type in your password and select next and select finish.
  9. If you can receive emails, not send emails and you are using Vodacom 3G internet, change your outgoing mail server to: smtp.vodacom.co.za
  10. If the email account still does not work you can download the following program: http://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe and contact us. Then we will set up your email for you without issues.
