- Open Outlook Express
- Click on the Tools menu
- Click Accounts.
- Click Add, and then click Mail.
- On the Your Name page of the wizard, type your name as you want it to appear to everyone who gets e-mail from you, and then click Next.
- On the next page, type your full e-mail address, and then click Next.
- On the E-mail Server Names page fill in the following:
- Incoming Mail Server type: Pop 3
- Incoming mail server: mail.yourwebsite.co.za
- Outgoing Mail server: mail.yourwebsite.co.za
- On the internet logon window type in your password and select next and select finish.
- If you can receive emails, not send emails and you are using Vodacom 3G internet, change your outgoing mail server to: smtp.vodacom.co.za
- If the email account still does not work you can download the following program: http://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe and contact us. Then we will set up your email for you without issues.
