I Love SADC Groundwater Management Institute
SADC-GMI’s core mandate is to promote sustainable groundwater management and provide solutions to groundwater challenges across the SADC region. The SADC-GMI is established as a section 21 not-for-profit company registered under the South African Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended. The company is run by a Board of Directors composed of representatives from the SADC Member States, University of the Free State, an Executive Director and SADC Secretariat’s Water Division as the Chair.
Project Maintenance Responsibilities
Contract Duration: August 2019 – December 2020
- Maintain ongoing development of the existing site and add new features as requested
- Manage, update and improve site navigation and information architecture
- Manage the web design, enhancements to the site’s look and feel on a monthly basis
- Assist in developing and implementing Search Engines Optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain project sites and blog site
- Develop and maintain online platforms for events registration
- Development, design and implementation of new specific features on the website
- Provide constant web monitoring
